This is the second, the completed edition of the first release of the almanac.
10 years ago, September 11, 2001, the terrorist attack on the tower of the famous skyscrapers of the shopping center in New York terrified the world. In fact, from this day began a countdown of the XXI century, a century of terrorist threats and counter-terrorism wars, a century of global threats and shocks, centuries, which, as never before, showed the fragility of human civilization. What prospects are waiting for us if humanity is not able to catch up? The most famous terrorist Bin Laden is destroyed - but what"s next? What are the reasons for terror and will it be possible to curb it?
The first release of the new almanac (pilot release was published in 2011), which is published by the 190th anniversary of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the 80th anniversary of the Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Academician Raen L.I. Medvedko (in the past - scout), includes articles on attempts to resolve the longest century conflict at the Big Middle East, as well as the impact on the international policy of the global economic crisis. The phenomenon of Middle Eastern color revolutions is analyzed (including conflict around Libya) The authors discuss actual problems important for the national-state security of Russia and the CIS countries.
