The textbook “Tribotechics”, corresponding to the Federal State Educational Standard 3+, is devoted to the presentation of friction, wear and lubrication issues, methods for increasing the resource of machines, design, operation, diagnosis and monitoring of the state of friction units of mobile systems, as well as predicting their changes.
The book also presents the original methods: amplitudophase analysis and synthesis of optimal friction systems, tribosphere identification of non-linear friction processes, multi-scale physical and mathematical modeling, presenting the coefficient of friction in the form of a comprehensive function, most fully and reliably reflecting the elastic-digitization processes that occurred In friction contact. This approach allows monitoring friction systems based on new information technologies, solving the problems of applied mechanics, dynamics, strength, stability, rational optimization of durability, resource, reliability and safety of mechanical systems with friction units.
