The monograph was prepared by a team of authors from the Department of Psychology and Human Capital Development at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The monograph presents the results of research by scientists in the field of modern trends, problems, and prospects for the development and improvement of labor relations regulation in contemporary Russia. The experience of reforming the system of supervisory bodies in the labor sphere is considered, the practice of the Russian penitentiary system in the organization of work and solving personnel shortage issues is analyzed, as well as issues related to the recruitment and quota allocation of jobs for disabled individuals. Trends in the professionalization and employment of citizens and youth are identified, new tools and methodologies implemented in the organization of workers' labor activities are determined.
