Funds are needed to purchase grain from the other side, and therefore the Novgorod posadnik sends a group of daring and desperate people to the distant Yugra. There live the Voguls, who pay tribute to Novgorod in furs and silver. The group must once again collect tribute from the Voguls, but it's not as simple as it seems: where there are great riches, there are also great troubles.
