The theme of the third issue of the annual publication “Works of the Institute of Post -Soviet and Interregional Research” is related to the study of the history of the modern political, economic, sociocultural development of Azerbaijan, as well as its foreign policy. A special role of Azerbaijan’s multi -vector policy in the integration processes in the post -Soviet space, in the Caspian region, in the South Caucasus, in the Muslim world and the space of Bolshoi Eurasia is noted. Following the principles of an objective scientific approach, the authors relied on the method of systematic analysis of the object of their research.
