The kit "Wild life. Travel and discoveries" consists of three books:
"White Eskimo"
Danish researcher Knud Rasmussen crossed the entire North American continent from the Gudzon Gulf to Alaska to meet with amazing and mysterious Eskimo tribes inhabiting this harsh land. The new translation of the famous book about the polar expedition of Rasmussen includes the chapter about an unsuccessful attempt to visit the Soviet Union, which was carved by censorship from the first Soviet edition. The book is illustrated by unique archival photographs, kindly provided by the Knud Rasmussen House-Museum and the Society of Knud Rasmussen in Denmark.
"Through Africa"
The book of Konstantin Kolotov, a modern Russian traveler who went on a trip around a bicycle, invites the reader to divide this long -term (and still continuing) path along the greatest points of the planet Earth. The real book is designed to show that the world is infinitely deep and beautiful.
"Traces and paths"
The paths are everywhere. The paths permeate the world - invisible ant paths, pedestrian paths and roads between continents, highways, routes and hyperlinks on the network. How are these paths formed? Why do some trampize and remain, while others disappear? What makes us walk along the path or leave it? Having proceeded and studied thousands of variations of various paths, Moore found that it was in the paths that the answers to the most important questions are shining - how the world around us formed, how living organisms first got out to land, how order arose and, in the end, as we choose Our path on life
