The monograph is designed for a wide audience that loves traveling, but not having a sufficient budget that is interested in new technologies. The book may be useful for managers and top managers of companies that set the goal of increasing the market share by introducing innovations and officials of regional administrations, concerned about the growth of the revenue of regional budgets with minimal investments.
