Reprint from the publication. SPb., 1898 (from Fig. And photo. Aut) Leonid Vladimirovich Kolotilov (1868 -?) - Russian reporter, publisher and athlete -implicitist. Born in Uglich. Lived in St. Petersburg. Published in many metropolitan newspapers. Kolotilov, calling himself a "athlete" and a tourist, went in 1896 from St. Petersburg to the All -Russian exhibition to Nizhny Novgorod on a bicycle as a correspondent for sports publications of the capital. The history of this trip and travel notes formed the basis of this book.
