The book introduces the original concept of "transgenerational atmosphere," which helps to understand many familiar phenomena within new theoretical frameworks, exploring the psychological impact of trauma on the first generation, the transmission process, the influence on future generations, and therapeutic considerations. Importantly, the book examines the psychological impact of collective, societal traumas on entire groups of people, starting from the direct psychological consequences of individual trauma to the influence of collective trauma on generations.
