This manual is a set of training exercises on numerical and mixed tables for the development of stability and concentration of attention, increase its volume, as well as the ability to distribute attention and switch it arbitrarily. The manual consists of three sets of exercises: the first preparatory, consisting of the game-warm-up of "cotton-arithmetic" and exercises on tables with dots, the second in four-color numerical tables using four primary colors, the third according to mixed alphanumers. The manual includes three applications with the tables:
Appendix 1. Tables 1, 2 with colored points.
Appendix 2. Tables 3-10 (numerical)
Appendix 3. Tables 11.12 (mixed alphabetic fiber)
The manual is intended for specialists working with children (psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists, educators, tutors) and parents, and can also be used for independent work with high school students and even students
