Toxicological chemistry

The new edition of the textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the specialty 060301 "Pharmacy". The textbook outlines the basics of toxicological chemistry, biochemical toxicology, analytical toxicology and private issues of chemical-toxicological analysis. The submitted material reflects the necessary information about the toxic-dynamic and toxic-kinetic patterns of absorption, distribution, biotransformation and disposal of xenobiotics, methods of their isolating from biomaterials and definitions during acute and chronic poisoning. Problems of chemical-toxicological and judicial-chemical analysis in poisoning with toxicants of various chemical classes are discussed.
