The training manual on the basis of research materials conducted as part of the state assignment of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation for 2015, the concepts of delicate obligations and tort responsibility are considered, as well as tort obligations in English, German and French law. Analyzed: the general concept of delicate obligations, the tasks of delicate responsibility, the concept of the general and singular tort, the main types of delicate obligations and torts according to the norms of English, German and French law and the judicial practice of compensation for harm caused by contractual relations.
