Topographic anatomy: workshop for nurses for medical massage

The third edition of the workshop, processed and supplemented, includes a short course of human topographic anatomy, the knowledge of which is necessary when studying any type of massage. The textbook is proposed to prepare for practical classes, offices and exams.
The workshop consists of six training modules, which presents information on the topographic anatomy of the areas of the human body in comparison with massage areas. The main attention is paid to the issues that are significant for massage therapists: the features of the body relief, the boundaries of the anatomical areas, the layout of the layers of soft tissues, the projections of the internal organs, the vascular-naval lines and the regional lymph nodes, the zones of innervation and blood supply, the directions of the venous and lymphatic outflow . To control knowledge in the text, there are questions, test tasks, typical tasks, tasks for independent work. The compact form of manual facilitates the study of complex sections.
The workshop will be useful to students and teachers of medical schools and colleges with specialization in massage, students of the improvement courses for massage, as well as all studying massage.
