Continuation of the cult intellectual puzzle 'Tokyo Zodiac'.
A mystery steeped in madness.
Kiyoshi Mitarai is called to a duel. An intellectual duel in the form of an unusual puzzle. Takehiko Furui, a professor of natural sciences at Tokyo University, challenges him, confident that he can outsmart the famous detective.
The dispute arose because of the extremely strange notes of a person named Tota Misaki, who has been obsessed with the novel 'Tokyo Zodiac' since childhood. Misaki dreamed of replicating the experiment from the book: creating a new person from different bodies. He describes how he fulfilled his dream, experiencing a series of completely impossible adventures. How he witnessed the beginning of the end of the world. How he found himself among people who speak in numbers. How he met humanoid animals. Finally, how a dinosaur bit off his hand... and it grew back, although much shorter than before.
Furui has no doubts: the notes are the result of monstrous damage to the psyche, and he undertakes to diagnose them. However, Mitarai thinks otherwise: the seemingly insane events actually happened. Now it needs to be proven. And even his friend Isioka thinks it's impossible... Who will win this game?
