Composition
Tincture of five-leafed valerian and common valerian herb in 70% ethyl alcohol (1:5)
Pharmacological action
Valerian tincture - sedative.
Reduces excitability of the central nervous system, enhances inhibitory processes.
Indications
Cardiovascular neuroses, vegetative-vascular dystonia, increased nervous excitability, arterial hypertension (labile).
How to take, course of administration, and dosage
Valerian tincture is taken orally - 30-50 drops 3-4 times a day.
