The proposed Practical Guide consists of 450 developmental tasks in strict accordance with the sections of the "Workbook". Practical tasks and questions, puzzles and rebuses, riddles and crosswords help to better understand, comprehend, and remember the material studied in the "Workbook on Time Management. Part 1". The Practical Guide contributes to the formation of knowledge on time management, practical planning skills. We will tell stories about what time is and why it should be valued. We will learn how time is measured, what clocks and chronometers are, stopwatches and timers, what can be done in one second or one minute. What can happen in one hour. What speed is. What types of clocks exist. How mechanical clocks work. We will build sundials, fire clocks, and sand clocks, observe plants, and check how "flower clocks" work. We will practice setting the correct time and determining the duration of events. We will find out how many times morning, day, evening, and night occur in one day. We will check our biological clocks. Determine our chronotype and find out why we feel like sleeping. We will make a to-do list for the whole day. We will prioritize our tasks from the most important to the least important. We will learn about tasks that cannot be postponed and those that resolve themselves. We will prioritize using different methods. We will learn why it is important to follow a daily routine and make a daily plan. We will learn how to distribute time correctly. We will learn how to "eat the frog" correctly and what to do with the "elephant". We will conduct the "Full Jar" experiment. We will learn to combat the "time eaters". We will learn to create our own colorful daily planner using tomatoes and a squeaky wheel, a roasted rooster and bubbles, a general's matrix and the lazy method, Pareto's rule and the two-minute method.
