Obstetrician-gynecological practice, occurring with the phenomena of thrombotic microangiopathy.
The pathogenesis of thrombotic micriangiopathy is described, due to the hereditary and acquired deficiency of the recently opened metal propriets Adamts 13.
The issues of catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome and heparine -ducked thrombocytopenia are set out. The possible role of ADAMTS 13 deficiency is discussed in the pathogenesis of severe forms of preeclampsia and catastrophic forms of antiphospholipid syndrome.
