Our lives would be a little easier and perhaps more comfortable if each of us were given an "Instruction Manual on how to live my life correctly" at birth. But, unfortunately, our lives are full of uncertainty, there is nothing definitively good or definitively bad, right or wrong in it, and each person in it is unique. Therefore, each person will have to create such an "Instruction Manual to oneself" on their own.
What ties all the articles in this book together is my deep conviction, supported by knowledge and experience, that everything is possible. Perhaps by understanding how the mechanisms of the psyche work, adjusting their functioning, and thereby restoring contact with oneself, one can then make contact with the surrounding world and people in it more effectively.
In this book, you will find not only explanations and reflections but also practical advice and exercises. Therefore, when reading it, I recommend that you do not rush, but follow the 'Rule of the Three Z's': Notice, Slow Down, and Ponder. This will help you become the Author of your life, making it more comfortable as you desire.
