The publication is devoted to one of the actual problems of modern obstetrics - non-obscure pregnancy. The threat of interrupt complicates the course of about a third of all pregnancies, and each fifth pregnancy is interrupted by spontaneous abortion or premature childbirth.
The book reflects modern data on the problem of non-banking pregnancy, supplemented by the results of research on the study of the etiology of preterm labor. The testimony and contraindications to therapeutic manipulations aimed at prolongation of pregnancy, including the use of various pharmacological preparations, taking into account possible complications. Of great interest are chapters on the use of progestins for the prevention of threatening premature births, based on many years of clinical experience and scientific research of authors, as well as world scientific and practical achievements of recent years. The main reasons for pregnancy interruption, methods of diagnosis and tactics of complicated pregnancy, taking into account the physiology and pathology of the cervix, are presented. Proper attention is paid to such problems as endocrine causes of pregnancy, immune aspects of unbearable and hereditary thrombophilia. Modern principles of diagnosis, therapy and prevention of the threat of pregnancy interruption according to Russian and foreign protocols are highlighted
