In the consciousness of many Russian literature of the post -imvolistral period, it is mainly disintegrating into two most notable and equally merciless to the classical legacy of the flow: at extremely self-warning avant-garde and gradually displacing it from the historical Arena, ideologiable literature, which subsequently, subsequently in the so-called social identity. Meanwhile, in the work of a number of the largest poets of 1910 - 1920s, they were given themselves to know the value attitudes and artistic strategies, to the same extent opposite as an irresponsible personary and totalitarian one-mindedness. An essential feature of such installations and strategies was to search for new forms of actualization of traditional universals and "eternal axiologies in the changed historical conditions. This monograph is devoted to considering the phenomena and processes in Russian poetry on the 1st third of the 20th century, for which a new, creative-fruitful contact with a classical tradition was characterized against the background of amplifying individualistic and, on the other hand, totalitarian tendencies in the art of the era. The main theoretical provisions of the study are disclosed in the context of the analysis of the poetic texts of O. Mandelstam, V. Khodasevich, A. Akhmatova and M. Tsvetaeva.
