The first section is devoted to therapeutic physical culture. It includes the justification of the therapeutic effect of exercises on the body, classification, methods of dosage, forms of conducting classes, periods and modes of motor activity, indications and contraindications for purpose. Methods of therapeutic physical culture during injuries, fractures, damage to joints, and diseases of the cardiovascular system were disclosed. The rehabilitation technique for diseases of the respiratory system, the gastrointestinal tract, and the nervous system is given. The second section is dedicated to the discipline "massage". The types and techniques of massage, the rules of execution, indications and contraindications, methods of self -massage and massage are presented when classes with different sports.
