The book presents the author's research results in the field of simple and composite two-point Hermite interpolation polynomials. A mathematical apparatus has been developed, theorems have been proven, numerical examples have been provided, which are illustrated with a large amount of graphical and tabular materials. Examples of applying the theory of these polynomials to interpolation and integration problems of one and multiple variables, as well as for solving applied problems, are given. The obtained results have shown that local and composite two-point Hermite interpolation polynomials are convenient and flexible tools for effectively solving a wide range of theoretical and applied problems encountered in the researcher's work, and for developing automated design systems. The book is intended for specialists in the field of pure and applied analysis, teachers and students of higher education, research engineers, and can be used as a textbook in a course on numerical methods.
