This work is a combination of three approaches.
1) An overview of phenomena and processes that determine the structures and systemic changes in modernity in the field of international relations and geopolitics. A description of a variety of parties to globalization, unipolarity, transformations and transitive changes affecting countries, civilization, society are given.
2) Building a full theory of multipolar world, which includes systematization of concepts, designing a total coherent field in which they are structurally disposed of, elimination of laws, rules and subjects of each area under study. It is important that the theory of the multipolar world is built in accordance with the strict laws of the discipline of international relations - in direct binding to its methods, the term, schools and theories.
3) The geopolitical part, which is based on the principle of deep geopolitics, where philosophical and cultural, civilizational analysis complements and justifies political and strategic aspects. Geopolitics by itself operates with a very high level of synthesis, which manifests itself in an extremely complex and multi-level nature of geopolitical concepts, including many layers at once - geography, history, political science, economy, culture, language, demography, climate, ethnos, religion and etc.
The publication is addressed to humanitarian students, philosophers, sociologists, political scientists, as well as all those who follow the latest trends in humanitarian science
