Theory of state and law: change of paradigm. Monograph

The monograph gives a characteristic of the current state of the theory of state and law as a science and academic discipline, the problematic issues of the subject and method of this science are highlighted, the concepts of legal regulation, legality, law and order are clarified, and the role of legal presumptions, fictions and prejudices in the legal regulation of social relations is shown. Particular attention is paid to the tasks of academic discipline and the logic of the presentation of scientific data on the theory of state and law. A new paradigm of the presentation of educational material is proposed.
