The course Theory of Public Wealth is included in the educational plan of the Economic Faculty of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov and read since 2007 in the second year of undergraduate and in the magistracy. The structure of the textbook allows you to give both an introductory and summarizing an in-depth rate. Systemic knowledge of the economy as a live, developing organism gives an analysis and forecasting skills - the basis of economic activity at various levels.
