In the study manual, much attention is paid to the study of the properties of the matrix of paired comparisons, as a model directly binding the preferences of the LPR and priorities of entities. The systemality of the presentation of the models studied and the methods of choice is based on the formal model of the criterion. Criteria are divided into two groups: superiority and compliance. The methods of choice are divided into methods of criteria and functional choice, and all functions are considered from the position of utility.
Formal models of group preferences are considered. The well-known and original formulas used to calculate the consistency of preferences are given. The main properties of decision support systems are outlined.
