The textbook sets out the basic concepts, definitions, laws and theorems of modern theory of linear passive and active electrical circuits. Analytical and numerical methods of solving equations that describe fluctuations in resistive circuits are considered, in chains with concentrated elements, in circuits with distributed elements. The theory of two -polers, four -poles and long lines are described. The frequency and temporal characteristics of electrical circuits, stability criteria, various methods of analyzing transition processes are considered. Methods of synthesis of electrical circuits are presented taking into account the modern element base and modern possibilities of finding solutions close to optimal.
