The monograph examines theoretical and practical issues related to the correlation of justice, law, and market economy from a philosophical and economic-legal perspective. The dangerous transformation of the Russian legal system, including the judiciary, into subjective discretion based on the principles of fairness and justice is analyzed. Industrial revolutions and their impact on the nature of the world's market economies and legal development are described through the lens of social justice.
