The book presents a new model of functional syntax, systematically the following principle "from the value to form". The source point of the concept is the semantic structure, reflecting what speaking wants to express. All semantic categories are described from the point of view of syntax. There is a comparison of the proposed model with other relevant concepts (Bondarko, Golden, Vsevolodova, Adames, Pec, Dick, Van Valin, etc) At the end of the book, the possibilities of applying the model in applied purposes are considered.
