Theory and practice of lucid dreaming

This book combines the two most important and fundamental work on the study of a conscious dream of authors who were the first to start systematically studying this phenomenon. Both books were first translated into Russian. Each of the authors - its, quite different from another approach: Herlea is a psychological, in Eden - parapsychological.
The first part of the publication is the book of Leon Herlea de Saint-Denis. Leon Gerway published in 1867 a book "dreams and ways to manage: practical observations , a book, more than a century remaining almost unknown even among researchers of dreams, in particular the famous Sigmund Freud.
