Theory and practice of diagnosing functional reserves of the organism

The book is devoted to the research of the functional and adaptive reserves of the body, which are currently being considered as the most important component of individual human health.
For the first time, within the framework of a separate publication, the history of the issue of the origin of the concept of adaptive diagnostics to today, theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, various research methods, the role and place of diagnostics of functional reserves in modern medicine are set out.
A new integral principle of evaluating functional reserves has been proposed and substantiated, implemented in practice in the form of a software and hardware diagnostic complex "Integral Health Indicator". The algorithms developed by the authors of the algorithms for individual appointments of rehabilitation and rehabilitation treatment and an objective assessment of its results are considered.
An analysis of the results of the study of the functional reserves of the body and their dynamic changes under the influence of rehabilitation and rehabilitation treatment are more than 40 thousand patients.
