The principle of constructing imitators analyzers is proposed that ensure simulation modeling of amplifiers and auto generators of the microwave in accordance with the terms of reference for their production with the subsequent measurement of the complex coefficients of the reflection and transmission of the active component of these devices, as well as the measurement of complex coefficients of reflection of its loads. For measured comprehensive reflection coefficients and transmission, measured S-parameters of the active component are determined. The measurement of the indicated parameters of the active component in its operation, which corresponds to its operating mode in a real amplifier or auto generator, provides an adequate measurement of these parameters. This is also facilitated by the possibility of transmitting the results of the measurement of the parameters of the active component from the coaxial measuring tract of the imitator analyzer to the microsopolous tract, which is provided by the design of the imitator analyzer. Increasing the accuracy of measuring the parameters of the active component is achieved by the choice of optimal metrological characteristics of the imitator analyzer, as well as its amplitude and phase adaptation to the measured parameters in wide dynamic and frequency ranges. Increasing the accuracy and adequacy of measuring the parameters of the active component contributes to the growth of the economic efficiency of CAD and the production of amplifiers and motor generators by excluding the need for multiple technological correction of their prototype.
