A gap year, or academic year, is a break in education between high school and college/university. In the USA and Europe, this is a fairly common practice, as enrollment in higher education institutions occurs in advance, giving incoming freshmen at least six months to a year before starting their studies. This break is a very important time to realize your desires and goals, gain internship experience, and better prepare for the first semester in college or university. Learn to be more organized and confident in yourself and your decisions! Spend your gap year, developing as a person, observing the world around you, learning to manage your time, and dealing with the stresses of adult life. During this year, you will discover that your life is like a movie and you will be able to independently write the script, uncovering the strengths of your personality, taking interesting tests, starting to pursue your dream, and greatly improving your willpower. Create opportunities for yourself to become better day by day!
