A portfolio is one of the best educational tools that allows for comprehensive documentation of a child's achievements, reflecting the dynamics and direction of their development. Collected and beautifully presented children's portfolios will not only become an important element of professional pedagogical observations but also attract parents' attention to collaborative work, giving children the opportunity to learn a lot about themselves, for example, by addressing topics such as "What I Can Already Do," "Whom I Love," and more.
Systematic work on filling the portfolio, competent interpretation of materials, and active use of it in the pedagogical process will help solve many tasks set by the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education, in particular:
- implement an individual approach to working with the child, plan work considering their abilities and needs (individual development trajectory),
- organize cooperation with parents and their psychological and pedagogical support, based on objective data,
