The textbook "System of Countering the Financing of Extremism and Terrorism in Russia" is intended for the implementation of the state anti-terrorism policy aimed at fundamentally changing public consciousness, creating an atmosphere of strong resistance to the financing of extremism and terrorism in society. The goal of this textbook is to identify existing and potentially possible channels of terrorism financing. To achieve this goal, an analysis of the legal framework for countering terrorism was conducted, allowing to define the theoretical and legal basis of the textbook.
