The work is dedicated to the analysis of contractual regulation in the field of forest use at the present stage of development of Russian law. Characteristics are given to individual types of contractual structures, namely: contracts for the sale of forest plantations, lease of a forest plot owned by the state or municipality, and contracts for gratuitous use of a forest plot. Legislation is provided as of August 1, 2022.
