The monograph is devoted to the urgent problem of ensuring the survivability of automated organizations of general and special purposes. Particular attention is paid to issues of ensuring the survivability of automated organizations based on information and telecommunication systems (ITS) The issues of the general-systemic methodology for designing and operating the integrated system for ensuring the survivability of ITS are described, the properties of ITS and the model of technical support and restoration of the continuity of the functioning and accessibility of IT services in the conditions of exposure to destructive factors and emergency situations are described. The results of the creation of the refusal and disaster- ITS Bank of Russia are given. The monograph is intended for scientists and specialists in the field of ensuring the continuity of functioning, high accessibility of services and safety ITS.
