The textbook is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for General Education, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 286 dated May 31, 2021. The textbook presents an integrated course "The World Around Us" for primary school. In the 1st grade, the child begins to familiarize themselves with the broad picture of the world, the diversity and variability of living and non-living nature, its objects, the place and role of humans in the surrounding world. The textbook "The World Around Us. 1st Grade" also includes an electronic version of the textbook and a workbook, which, in addition to tasks, contains cut-out cards used by students. The system of work for the course is detailed in the teacher's methodological guide. The state borders are given as of October 2022.
