The study of the constitution combines history, doctrine, and politics in approaches to understanding this specific-historical, socio-political, and legal phenomenon, which is of defining importance for the system of constitutional law as a whole and its individual parts studied in theoretical and doctrinal aspects. The genre of this textbook is characterized as a textbook-casebook.
