The book is devoted to the dramatic history of creating the world"s first single impact helicopter Ka-50 "black shark" and its double version - a reconnaissance-shock all-year helicopter of 24-hour use Ka-52 "Alligator".
The book is based on documents from the personal archive of the General Designer of OJSC "Kamov" S.V. Mikheeva, memories of project managers, test pilots and many other people involved in the emergence of unparalleled rolling machines, which caused hot spores among domestic and foreign aircraft manufacturers and light panic in NATO countries. Fortunately for the North Atlantic Alliance, the "black shark" was not born to the best for our country time. But her heir is "Alligator" - now proves the superiority of the Russian school of helicopter in the Syrian Arab Republic.
