The proposed statistical collection, representing the fourth specialized publication, is dedicated to science and innovation indicators in Moscow and is addressed to a wide range of readers. It contains systematic statistical indicators characterizing the scientific and innovative activities of the city and a list of its scientific and innovative organizations, as well as analysis of the state and forecast of the main trends in the development of the scientific and innovative complex of Moscow.
The collection gives an assessment of the scientific and innovative potential of Moscow in comparison with the average level in the country as a whole and in federal districts. The place of Moscow and its role in the development of science and innovation of the country are determined. The dynamic ranks of the main indicators of resources and the results of scientific and innovative activities are given, reflecting the laws of scientific and innovative development of the city. The publication includes comparisons of the leading regions with the highest indicators of scientific and innovative activities.
When preparing the collection, the materials of Rosstat, Rospatent, the Moscow Committee on Science and Technology, the Center for Research for the Development of Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences were used
