The Russian idea as a philosophical-historical and religious phenomenon

This work is the development and continuation of theoretical and conceptual approaches to the theme of the Russian idea presented in the previous works of the author. The main provisions of the work are based on the legacy of Russian religious philosophy and the philosophical and historical views of a number of Western and domestic thinkers. The methodological idea implies an attempt to innovative analysis of the national idea in the context of the philosophy of history. The work covers the essence, functions and typology of national ideas, the system of their determination, the phenomenon of nationalism. Particular attention is paid to the rationale for the phenomenon of the Russian idea, its historical uniqueness and meaningful structure.
