The Rothschilds are the most powerful and wealthy financial dynasty in the world. The author of this book, Henry Schnee, thoroughly studied the activities of the Rothschilds, starting from their financing of German princely houses and ending with their global role in the twentieth century. He concluded that the Rothschilds helped to support and overthrow thrones, they removed ministers and appointed new ones who were favorable to them. With the help of money, they controlled parliaments and newspapers, eliminated competing banks. Among the largest "business projects" of the dynasty were financing wars against Napoleon, acquiring shares of the Suez Canal, monopolizing the extraction of the most sought-after minerals, and financing politically advantageous regimes in Europe for the Rothschilds before and after the Second World War.
