The purpose of this work is to study the process of generating socio-economic indicators by analyzing the distribution folding as a result of this process. With each law of probability distribution, certain assumptions about the conditions under which it was formed was associated. In this paper, we are interested in the difference of distributions formed in natural conditions, from distributions formed by regulating external influence .. This technique is applicable to cases where it is necessary to detect controls of control, data manipulation, alignment - any impact other than Action factors of nature. In case of confirmation of the proposed hypothesis, we can include the studied indicator to the number of regulated, and the entire set of indicators of social and economic inequality to expose typologization depending on the congument of the goals and the results of the regulatory impact
