The monograph comprehensively analyzes the legal aspects of the ratio of “Rights of the WTO” and the national law of member states. The author formulated proposals for improving the legal regulation of public relations arising when the state is joining the agreement on the establishment of the WTO, as well as recommendations regarding the position of the Russian Federation on the “direct action” of the “Rights of the WTO” in the legal system of the Russian Federation.
Certain provisions of the monograph can be used by relevant ministries and departments operating in the field of international economic and trade relations.
