For each person, prayer has its own, special, intimate meaning, its content. Prayer is something that is so intimate and elusive that attempts to study it, or even more so measured in quantitative terms, seem meaningless. But, as the authors of the book show, this opinion is mistaken. Do not try to disprove or shift her spiritual element, the authors attempted to appreciate, and even "measure", the role of prayer in numerous areas of our life: in health, family relationships, in the fight against life difficulties, etc. They trained the specifics of prayer at each of the stages of human cultivation, described how to use prayers as basic therapy or addition to it, characterized various motives that can initiate prayer, and even analyzed the prayer in the context of neuropsychology - the specifics of the brain work during prayer. It is interesting to note the authors approach to prayer as a form of communication - first of all, of course, with God
