In the monograph, the theoretical and legal and organizational foundations of the interaction of the prosecutor"s office with the media are disclosed, forms and methods of doing this work, including when implementing prosecutors of legal education of the population. The authors concern the issues of prosecutor"s supervision over the implementation of the media laws, analyze the practice of the implementation by prosecutors of supervisory powers in this area. In addition, the paper is affected by the topic of the media of the authorities and organizations of the prosecutor"s office, as well as modern international legal standards and foreign experience of cooperation between the prosecutor"s office with the media in order to ensure the legality and law enforcement.
