In the second half of the V11i century BC. Israel was on the edge of death, on the edge of a complete political catastrophe. The story of the Prophet of Osi, to whom the Lord commanded to marry a prostitute gives this event an unexpected, who plunging a pious reader in amazement and bewilderment explanation. Still remains controversial, what is standing behind the events described: is the real biography, or parable, or "vision" of the Prophet?
