The monograph presents the first comprehensive theoretical and legal study of addictive behavior in domestic legal science. Addictive behavior is described in legal terms as a phenomenon of state-legal reality. The author substantiates the system, theoretical foundations, conceptual framework of legal addictology, formulates an author's legal definition of addictive behavior, and develops a legal classification of addictive behavior. For the first time, addictive behavior of collective legal entities is described, and the relationship between addictive behavior, lawful behavior, and legal violations is identified.
