The book is the first after the official adoption of the principles and rules of the cross -border civil process (Principiples and Rules of Transnational Civil Procedure) with the production comments of their developers - the result of the joint project of the American Institute of Law (ALI) and the International Institute for Unification of Private Law (Unidroit).
